The Maastricht MBA is a joint programme between the Maastricht School of Management (MSM, The Netherlands) and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT-Vietnam). The programme was established in response to the increasing demand for world-class managers in Vietnam . It has offered executive MBA programmes in Ho Chi Minh city since 1998. These programmes are specifically designed for middle management executives, the self-employed, and aspiring consultants in general management who have fulltime job responsibilities and therefore cannot afford to attend classes on a fulltime basis.
The Maastricht MBA programme is most recommended for management executives, entrepreneurs, and engineers who are seeking for a career in business. It has following distinctive features:
- Both the programme contents (curriculum) and the format (time-table) are specifically designed for the management executives. The curriculum is application oriented and updated every year. The well-planned time-table enables the participants to minimize conflicts between working and studying.
- The participants have the opportunities to study face-to-face with respective Professors from the leading universities around the world. They can also rely on the effective support of local teaching assistants when conducting project assignments or preparing for the exams.
